Method of application
Cimstar 3250FF can be easily mixed by normal stirring. For automatic mixing, use Cimcool® Mix Master or Cimcool Mix Master S. Mixing water should be between 5 and 25°C.
Recommended working concentrations:
Grinding: 4-7%
Machine processing: 5-10%
Mix Master S The concentration can be easily obtained by setting the value on the regulator.
The concentration may vary depending on local conditions. Therefore, it is always recommended to check the outlet concentration using a refractometer or TA Kit.
Concentration analysis
To analyze the concentration, use one of the following methods or the appropriate laboratory procedure provided by your local Cimcool specialist.
Refractometer factor: 2.1
When analyzing the concentration with a refractometer, use a factor of 2.1, which will only be valid if the solution is fresh.
