Fluid for hydrostatic testing and pipe welding, as well as for grinding CIMTUBE® H14FF

Cimtube H14FF is a pure, water-soluble synthetic fluid concentrate without biocides that release formaldehyde.
Cimtube H14FF is recommended for use in hydrostatic systems manufactured by Bronx, SMS Meer, Mitsubishi and Colinet, for the process of manufacturing welded pipe, as well as for grinding operations in light and medium load conditions.

Application.

- Does not contain biocides that emit formaldehyde.
- Transparent and very clean liquid.
- Retains original high pressure properties (> 150 MPA).
- The application is cost-effective.

Applications
Cimtube H14FF is easy to mix, requiring only conventional stirring. For automatic mixing, the use of Cimcool® Mix Master or Cimcool Mix Master S is recommended. Under normal conditions, the initial water temperature should be between 5 - 25°C.

Recommended initial concentration
Hydrostatic test: 4%
Sanding: 4%-6%

The concentration is easily obtained by setting the regulator to the desired value.
The concentration may vary depending on local conditions. For this reason, a check with a refractometer or TA test kit is always recommended.

Concentration analysis
For concentration analysis, use one of the following methods or another suitable laboratory analysis method offered by your local supplier.

Refractometer refractive index: 2.9

When using a refractometer, the result multiplied by a factor of 2.9 is only valid in fresh solution.

Use and storage
Protect from freezing and direct sunlight. Store at a temperature between 5 and 35°C.

Types of packaging
200, 1000 liters, as well as in bulk.
