Lubricant and coolant CIMVANTAGE® 31-48

Cimvantage 31-48 is a general-purpose, water-soluble microemulsion coolant with excellent lubricating and corrosion protection properties.

Application.
Cimvantage 31-48 multi-purpose cutting fluid is recommended for all types of ferrous metal grinding and cutting operations. The concentrate is suitable for use in water with a hardness of 10° to 25° dH.

Method of application
Cimvantage 31-48 is very easy to mix by normal stirring. For automatic mixing, we recommend using a Cimcool Mix Master (mixer) or Cimcool Mix Master S (mixer C). Mixing water temperature: 5 - 25 ° C, water hardness from 5 to 25 ° dH.

Recommended initial concentration
Grinding and blading 4 - 12 %.

Mix Master S
The concentration is easily obtained by setting the regulator to the desired number.
The concentration may vary depending on the water pressure in the system. We recommend using a refractometer to monitor the concentration plus a titration kit.

Concentration analysis
Use the following concentration control methods to analyze the concentration.

Refractometer factor: 2.2
If a refractometer is used, the above factor will only be correct when analyzing a fresh coolant solution.

Transportation and storage
Protect from freezing, direct sunlight and store at temperatures between 5 and 35°C.

Packaging
20, 200 and 1000 liters.
