Water-soluble corrosion protection liquid CIMGUARD® 90

Cimguard 90 is a synthetic, water-soluble corrosion protection liquid for ferrous metals Specially formulated to create a dry film on the surface of parts that can be easily removed with alkaline cleaners.

Application
The level of corrosion protection provided by Cimguard 90 depends on the concentration of the product, humidity and air temperature. Cimguard 90 can be applied by spraying, immersion and can be used on the last stage of multi-level washing machines. Cimguard 90 is recommended in the following concentrations:
1. Final rinsing after the washing machine: 2-5%
2. Immersion method after machining: 20%
3. rinsing after filleting: 2-5%
4. It can also be added directly during the galvanizing process for additional corrosion protection at a concentration of 1-2%.
After coating, allow the parts to dry. Heating (max. up to 40°C) of the solution will reduce the drying time Do not rinse the parts after applying Cimguard 90
