Cimclean PC 430-02 is a liquid agent for cleaning ferrous and non-ferrous metals of medium contamination. The tool is used for cleaning by spraying an alkaline solution under low pressure, as well as for immersion and ultrasonic cleaning. Cimclean PC 430-02 combines excellent cleaning properties with low working temperatures, effectively removes residues of ZOR, drawing and stamping oils, hardening oils, as well as general workshop dirt from surfaces made of steel, aluminum alloys and plastics.
Application
Cimclean PC 430-02 is recommended for:
• Cleaning of large and small parts after metalworking.
• Cleaning of parts after heat treatment.
• Removal of anti-corrosion substances during the production process, for example, before painting or subsequent technological operations.
• Ultrasonic cleaning of small parts.
• Removal of the remains of drawing and stamping lubricants after forming operations.
• Vibro cleaning.
• Removal of milling and hardening oil residues.

Methods of application
Cimclean PC 430-02 is compatible with almost any type of water. The required concentration depends on the method of application, temperature, duration of action, nature and intensity of pollution.

Mix Master S: The concentration is easily obtained by setting the control to the desired value.
The concentration may vary depending on local conditions. In this regard, checking with a refractometer or a TA analysis kit is always recommended.
Concentration analysis
For concentration analysis, use one of the methods below or another appropriate laboratory analysis method offered by your local supplier.
Refractometer coefficient: 5.1
When using a refractometer, the result multiplied by a factor of 5.1 will work only in relation to a fresh solution.
Determination of concentration by titration method:
Sample solution: 10 ml
Indicator: bromophenol blue 2-3 drops, until the color changes to blue or purple
Titration solution: add 0.5N HCl drop by drop to the sample solution until the color changes to yellow
Product factor: 0.2
Concentration calculation in %: spent volume of 0.5N HCl/product factor.
Use and storage
Store at a temperature of 5-35°C in the original packaging.
