Cimguard 20 is a nitrite-free water-displacing anti-corrosion liquid based on mineral oil fractions. The product is used to protect all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals during indoor storage and packaged transportation.
Application
Cimguard 20 forms a thin and slightly oily protective film that does not leave stains on copper, copper alloys and aluminum. The composition is intended for use in immersion
baths, as well as by the jet method - for application to parts after grinding or cutting operations using water-based lubricating and cooling liquids.
Cimguard 20 can circulate in the application system, water quickly settles to the bottom and must be periodically removed. To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to use a tank of a special design, which allows easy removal of displaced water. It is necessary to provide an opportunity to collect excess anti-corrosion liquid transferred on the processed parts. The solvent evaporates and Cimguard 20 forms a protective film.
