System cleaner CIMCLEAN® 51

Application
Cimclean 51 is a specially developed system cleaner for ferrous metals. The cleaner removes dirt, sludge, oils, as well as scale, thus significantly extending the life of the PPE.

Properties and benefits
Cimclean 51 is a relatively mild but effective system cleaner. It does not damage equipment when mixed with all known hazardous materials.
Cimclean 51 prevents the formation of rust on machines and parts made of steel and cast iron during operation.
Cimclean 51 can also be used as an additive to temporarily improve the flushing properties of PPE.
By removing all possible contamination, Cimclean 51 improves the stability of ZOR, which extends the life of the emulsion.

Application method
Cimclean 51 can be used both for cleaning in the production process and for cleaning machines after draining the working waste.
Use 1-2% Cimclean 51 after the system has been completely drained. Or use 1-2% when added to the existing ZOR and include circulation for 1-4 hours. If there is a need to continue production, add 1% of Cimclean 51 to the ZOR in the machine and work for 8-12 hours.

Recommended starting concentrations
General washing of the system 1-2%
Washing in the production process 1%

Use and storage
Protect from direct sunlight and freezing, store at a temperature from 5 to 30°C.

20, 200 and 1000 liters.
