Cimclean 50FF is a highly effective cleaner designed for cleaning centralized waste management systems as well as individual machines. The cleaner easily removes lime scale, dirt, oil, thus extending the service life of ZOR.
Properties and benefits
Cimclean 50FF is a relatively mild but effective detergent.
This cleaner does not damage machines when mixed with all known lubricating and cooling fluids. Cimclean 50FF prevents corrosion on machines in the process of cleaning waste supply systems. Cimclean 50FF does not contain biocides based on formaldehyde releasers.
Cimclean 50FF can also be used as an additive to improve the cleaning properties of lubricating and cooling fluids.

Application method
Cimclean 50FF can be used with water in a complete cleaning of the WWTP supply system, or can be added to an existing WWTP for in-process cleaning.
Use a solution of 2-3% Cimclean 50FF in water after draining the existing sewage treatment plant. Alternatively, add 2-3% to the existing SWR during a process break and circulate for 1 to 4 hours. If you want to carry out cleaning in the production process, then add 1% to ZOR and continue to work for 8 - 12 hours.
