Threading paste Cimtap

Cimtap is a water-soluble, nitrite-free mixture in the form of a paste consisting of active anti-seize lubricants (EP).

Application:
Cimtap paste is recommended for internal threading and spiral threading processes on ferrous and non-ferrous metal products. The process of slicing can be carried out both manually and on high-performance automatic installations. Cimtap combines very well with all Cimcool fluids and can be used as additives to improve their lubricating properties.

Methods of application
Cimtap can be used on materials such as (stainless) steel, cast iron, nickel alloys and aluminum castings in the following ways:
1. Apply in undiluted form directly to the tap, with a brush or immersion.
2. Dilute with water in a ratio of 1:4 parts of water and apply with a syringe oiler.
3. For operations of increased intensity, add up to 5% Cimcool to the mixture.

Removal of residues
Easily removed with water or alkaline detergents.

Protect from freezing.
