Milk-brown synthetic wax emulsion DURAWAX

DURAWAX is a milky brown synthetic water-based wax emulsion that must be applied to a cleaned steel surface or coatings such as oxide or phosphate coatings. The resulting film is extremely dry and glossy, which makes the appearance. Most surfaces are very attractive.

Application.
DURAWAX should be applied to metal surfaces that are completely free of oils, acid residues or other contaminants. It can be applied by dipping or spraying.
Application temperature: room temperature
Time: 1-3 minutes (immersion)
Concentration: as supplied or diluted with water (up to 50%)
DURAWAX coatings dry in air in a relatively short period of time, but drying can be accelerated by forced hot air drying or centrifugation.
Equipment: Tanks can be made of mild steel.

Properties:
- Cost-effective product: DURAWAX can be diluted with ordinary tap water up to 50% by volume, so pre-drying of parts before applying DURAWAX coating is not required.
- VOC and solvent free: improved performance in terms of environmental protection and operator health.
- Removal: If necessary, DURAWAX can be easily removed with an alkaline cleaner.

Transportation and storage
Store at a temperature between 5°C and 35°C in the original container.
