Absolutely new technology: planetary polishing machine LPC 500-Mirror (GB) with the possibility of connecting to a dispenser for liquid paste, for finishing mirrors and grinding on straight and bent tubes made of stainless steel, brass, iron or any of other metal, having a round, oval or irregular cross-section, from 5 to 200 mm. For other applications, thanks to the abrasive belts, it is also suitable for grinding and preparing surfaces for mirror polishing.
The machine is supplied complete with an inverter device for adjusting the speed of the abrasive belts to ensure a proper "mirror polishing".
Planetary grinding machine LPC 500 TE (GB) with abrasive belts, special version with narrow pulleys, suitable for grinding shaped parts, with a bending radius of more than 90 °.
The main feature compared to other machines is that our unit is equipped with 2 independent motors: 1 for rotating the disc and 1 for rotating the abrasive belts.

The standard machine is supplied with the following equipment:
• Side tilt clamping device for making cuts with angles 15°-30°-45°-60° on pipes with a diameter of 20 to 150 mm.
• Working slot for horizontal grinding.

On request, to increase the working capabilities of the machine, additional equipment can be added:

Belt grinding machine SYRIO (GB) is suitable for grinding and finishing on large pieces of square, rectangular section, plates or profiled metal objects of various sizes and metal boxes or structures. The machine is equipped with a table that can be electrically adjusted in height ( for parts, max. Weight kg 180).
The standard version is suitable for processing objects with max. 2500 mm long.
