Drilling machineFORUS EASY, suitable for perpendicular and angular drilling on round pipes, rectangular profiles, square pipes and metal plates of different sizes and made of different materials, such as iron, stainless steel, brass, aluminum and titanium.
The drill assembly is very strong and moves on guides made of reinforced hardened steel. Spindle with a diameter of 90 mm. has an ISO 40 chuck, suitable for drills from 5 to 50 mm. The feed of the boring unit is carried out using a circulating screw ball with a brushless motor. The speed of the drill motor is regulated by the inverter equipment.
The tilting table, on which the drill blocks are fixed, can be rotated +/- 40 ° ÷ 90 ° to get perpendicular or inclined holes.
«Minimum» cooling/lubrication of the drill bit is carried out by a pump that sprays air and oil in programmed quantities and times (optional).
The workpiece clamping device is self-centering and has a clamping range from 10 to 100 mm. billet and feeder, has a standard length of 3 m. self-centering locking spindle with 4 jaws for clamping round, square and rectangular pipes and is able to rotate 360 ??° manually to make holes in every position.
The billet feeder is made with  ;manual main device with a length reading system.
Programmed system of mechanical stops allows to control several drillings.
