Belt grinding machine GPS MODULO (GB) for flat surfaces, suitable for grinding and finishing of pipes and bars with square and rectangular sections, as well as sheets and plates of stainless steel, iron, aluminum, brass and other metals. Especially suitable for expansion on laser/plasma or cut sheets.
The machine can be supplied in 4 different variants:
- Standard version with 2 modules “A”
- Version with module No. 1 “A” + module No. 1 “C”
- Version with 3 modules “A”
- Version with n ° 2 modules “A” + n ° 1 module “B”
- Version with n ° 2 modules “A” + n ° 1 module “C”
The machine operation process is "wet": the cooling mixture is sprayed onto the workpiece and transported to a filter device to clean the liquid from residues before further recirculation.
On request, this machine can be supplied with:
- Equipment for "dry" processing.
- Double rotation speed of the abrasive belt (8-16 mt / sec).
- The speed of the brush head, which is regulated by means of the inverter equipment ("B" module).
- Blower for drying blanks.
- Front and rear release table with rollers No. 3.
- Front/rear table rollers (module 3 m long) for holding workpieces both at the entrance and exit of the machine.
- Electromechanical devices for the third module.
