Automatic grinding machine 844 - 845 - 846 Gecam is designed for removing burrs, removing chamfers and processing edges after stamping, laser and plasma cutting. Performs chamfer removal in
one pass from two sides. Can be equipped with a second free belt with vertical feed (845) or contact wheel with horizontal belt feed (846). Provides a powerful exhaust system, a dust collector for metal dust with a removable container.

  • The conveyor belt is connected to the base of the machine and has:
    - adjustable speed of rotation of the belt itself;
    - the ability to adjust the angle of inclination up to 30 degrees to facilitate the introduction or alignment of parts during automatic processing.
  • The grinding head is attached to the conveyor unit. It has two serrated abrasive belts for beveling from 0.1 to 1 mm on any type of material with a thickness of 0.2 to 30 mm.
  • Adjustment of the grinding head to the thickness of the processed parts is carried out using a handwheel or automatically adjusts the block pressure.
  • Processed parts are placed on the conveyor belt one by one or in batches and pass one by one past the place of processing and are collected in a special designated receiver.
  • By changing the speed of the conveyor belt or using abrasive belts of different grain and material, different chamfer sizes can be obtained.
  • Conveyor belt speed is displayed in M/1° on the display, it can be changed, use a special potentiometer.
  • For automatic processing of parts 1 meter long, it is recommended to use additional rollers to bring the working surface to 1000 mm.
  • For automatic start of the head ( 100 x 600) it is recommended to use an additional clamping bar, which provides additional support for the part, thereby preventing its deviation relative to the conveyor.
  • For automatic processing of parts longer than 1 meter, it is recommended to use an additional block of rollers that lengthens support surface up to a length of 1000 mm.
  •  Automatic work processes can be used for parts with a thickness of 0.8 to 5-6 mm, which can slide by themselves.
