Choosing the wrong one may damage the workpiece, tool, and final result.

1. Grit size: the foundation of precision
Grit size (GRIT) is critical for fine surface preparation.
- P240–P600 — for leveling and pre-finishing
- P800–P2000+ — for final polishing
- Higher numbers = finer grain and cleaner finish

As a result, Cubitron™ II 967A grinds quickly and without overheating and continues to work after ordinary discs have exhausted their resource and need to be replaced.
