LT TITAN — it is an ideal combination of centerless and orbital grinding systems for high volume production of polished pipes, bars and steel wire.
This combination has allowed us to develop a technological innovation where special pressure rollers combined with high power motors allow the abrasive belts to achieve very high feed rates and massive material removal, while still using an orbital working system where the tubes and bars do not rotate under time process.
According to the requirements and production cycles, LT TITAN can be manufactured both for current and autonomous processing:
INLINE can be installed or configured to suit a 24/7 production line where pipes or wire are routed through drive bushings and routed directly from the line feeder up to a maximum speed of 240m/min.
OFFLINE where pipes, wire and bars are cut into pieces and moved through an adjustable and programmable feed system with drive rollers built into the machine
LT TITAN works through 150 mm wide abrasive belts to ensure high productivity; belts are powered by 30 kW motors, providing better efficiency and durability at higher feed rates and material removal pressures.
LT TITAN is suitable for both dry and wet processing with an integrated system housed in the machine frame, which consists of a collection tank, a recirculation tank and an automatic filter paper folding system.< /p>
Thanks to the innovative pressure roller system, the LT TITAN can control the consistency of the quality of finishing and removal of material up to 1 mm in diameter, as well as adapt the pressure of the abrasive belts according to the shape or production requirements.
The feed system is represented by front and rear feed rollers that can be formed and adjusted for guide and drive tubes, wire and rods from 1 to 120 mm in diameter.
