3M™ Flap Disc 769F – convenient, strong, efficient and universal petal disc. Our discs are coated with 3M™ Precision-Shaped and proven to be more effective than traditional zirconium corundum petal discs. This abrasive is constantly breaking down to form sharp particles that cleanly cut metal, unlike traditional abrasives that tend to plow through the substrate. This breaking down into particles, together with the destruction of individual petals to release fresh layers of mineral, ensures a high grinding speed that is stable throughout the life of the disc. Polyester base additionally extends durability. Together with the high adhesion, this makes the discs an ideal choice for high-pressure jobs such as beveling, grinding welds and deburring edges. In addition, they create clean surfaces, which makes them indispensable for smoothing and surface preparation. In many cases, 3M™ Flap Disc 769F provides sanding and finishing without changing the abrasive tool. This is possible because under normal conditions the 769F disc finish is one step thinner than a fiber disc of the same grade. Although the fiber disc grinds faster, this petal disc simplifies the process flow, eliminating the need to change tools, which saves time and increases productivity. An ideal choice for processing carbon steel, stainless steel and other alloys sensitive to high temperatures.

Features of the machine
1. It has a weight-adjusted low-profile grinding sole made of high-quality polyurethane. Additionally, a tool conversion kit is offered to work with an automatic or centralized dust extraction system. The gray color of the lever indicates the ø 3/16” (5 mm) orbit, for general grinding.
2. An engine assembly (sold separately) is additionally offered to reduce downtime due to regular maintenance. More power: the pneumatic motor produces a full 12,000 rpm. The rotor is equipped with five blades, which increases the useful power (0.25 hp / 186 W). The composite rotor has a more advanced lubrication system, thanks to which the blades last longer. Smaller volumes of air (14 cubic feet or 396 liters per minute) are used to more effectively maintain maximum power.
3. The convenient platform offers additional support for the hand and wrist, increasing comfort for the operator. Increased protection against the release of cold air is also offered (the platform is removable). Order platform 59330 separately for installation on existing tools!
4. The regulator lever in the pressed position is below the level of the body overlay, which eliminates the pressure point on the palm of the operator. The Dynorbital-Spirit lever is made of a composite material for insulation from cold air. Color coding of the lever is provided to indicate the orbit of the tool. Easy maintenance, easy conversion into a tool with dust extraction. Easy replacement of muffler parts for convenient maintenance. Low noise level. The muffler system reduces the level of exhaust noise.
5. The speed controller allows you to control the speed of the tool with your thumb. The lightweight air motor block is ideal for grinding vertical and upper surfaces. High-precision single block of the engine shaft and counterweight. A high-quality double-row sole bearing, cleaned with a unique V-shaped oil seal, extends the service life of the bearing and reduces vibration. Precisely balanced, weight-matched sanding pad with one-piece hub. Dynabraid soles made of high-quality polyurethane ensure more uniform operation and a minimum level of vibration.

Features of the grinder
1. Dynaloc 12000 rpm - actually two tools in one; a rotary angle grinder can be easily converted into an orbital-eccentric one with the help of a switch.
2. Ideal for working with metals, excellent for working with composite materials.
3. Very suitable for car repair work such as paint stripping and leveling.
4. Also used for leveling glued seams on hard surfaces such as, for example, Corian. The switch is recessed into the handle to avoid accidental activation.
5. Includes a low-profile sanding sole made of high-quality "velcro" polyurethane.

Features of the machine

1. For use with the 180 mm (7") mandrel 50152 (not included), which includes a mounting kit. Provides for the use of additional abrasive discs ø180 mm (7‘) and a 22 mm (7/8’) centre hole.

The 1.3 HP (970 W) Dynabride angle grinder offers many possibilities for deburring and material removal in sectors such as metal and stainless steel fabrication, concrete, stone, forged metal and general welding. Designed to meet Dynabride's quality standards, these tools offer a wide range of features that increase efficiency and operator comfort! Side anti-vibration handle is specially designed to reduce vibration for the operator. Can be mounted on the left or right hand side. The rotary system provides 360-degree rotation, which allows the exhaust to be directed away from the operator.

3. Cast aluminium body construction; handle made of solid aluminium. Control lever with safety catch prevents the tool from being switched on accidentally. Lever without sharp edges or sharp corners.

4. The wick-type lubrication system extends the life of the gears through a simple lubrication method. All models include gear oil and a gear lubrication syringe. The insulated control handle reduces the flow of cold air to the operator's hand. The handle position is adjustable for increased comfort and efficiency.
